In the event of any legal dispute between the User and the Operator, they stipulate the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court having jurisdiction over the registered office of MOMENT-CONSULTING K2 Kft. Hungarian law is at all times applicable to these General Terms of Use and in relation to the website operated by the Operator.

Natur Agro handles the User's personal data confidentially, and therefore discloses this data only to the external organisations set out in the Privacy and Data Management Notice, and makes it accessible to the authorities only within the relevant legal framework.

Of the personal data provided by the User, the Operator uses only the information that is necessary for logging in to the website, and indispensable so that the User receives information about the Operator's development, services, and the Operator's official notifications.

The User may unsubscribe from the Operator's newsletter service at any time through one of the contact details.

All content, associated designations, programs and data available on the internet site operated by MOMENT-CONSULTING K2 Kft. are the intellectual property of the Operator, or the Operator has the consent of the rights holder to publish this content. All content on the website operated by the Operator is protected by law! Visitors and registered users of the website may use the content of the website for their own purposes solely on the basis of the prior written consent of the Operator.
